Nothing says Fourth of July like a cookout!
This year we are stepping our game up and grilling out steaks. Mainly, because I found these beautiful blue rimmed stemless wine glasses at Home Goods. You can’t serve wine with a hot dog or burger so steaks it is! Along with a nice red wine of course.
I purchased these placemats last year for July Fourth from Bed, Bath and Beyond for only $2.99 each. The white doily chargers were my splurge purchase for last year’s Grinch Themed Dinner Party. They came from Michael’s and had to be ordered online but I was thrilled to find a true white charger.
I love a good bargain, so I always check at Walmart for table decor items. These red dishes are from their Pioneer Woman Collection. I searched for a long time to find an affordable set of gold flatware and this set also came from Walmart. I love how the gold flatware ties in with the gold rim on my wine glasses.
The handmade, reversible napkins can be custom ordered from my Etsy Shop in any color and fabric choice.
I have said before that I have an addiction to paper straws……do you spy the red & white stripes and blue stars straws??? These straws make a boring glass of water fun and exciting!
Three cheers for the red, white and blue!
A simple white pitcher with flowers from the grocery store makes lovely centerpiece when anchored with a wood tray and stacked dessert plates and a few glittered stars sprinkled around.
Last but not least, apple pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert! The plates are stacked in the tray and ready to use.
I hope you take the time to celebrate The Fourth with family, friends and loved ones. Remember to be grateful for those who have fought for our freedoms in this great land we call America.
Blessings and Joy,
Tammy
